Hello! My name is John Caramanica, and I have been renovating and restoring homes in the city of Pittsburgh for over 20 years. Since graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004, I have been involved with projects of all sizes and scopes throughout the Pittsburgh area. Over the course of the last two decades, I have owned and operated a small remodeling company, in addition to personally renovating dozens of homes for long and short term investments.  Wtih the experience i have accumulated working on older homes throughout the area, I have unique and broad skill set perfect for a handyman.
